Yes. We prepare certified arborist reports, tree surveys, permit documentation, tree preservation plans, insurance claim documentation, and other professional reports for homeowners, HOAs, developers, municipalities, engineers, architects, attorneys, and insurance professionals.
Do I need a tree risk assessment or a tree health assessment?
It depends on your situation. A tree health assessment evaluates the overall condition and management needs of a tree, while a tree risk assessment focuses on the likelihood and potential consequences of failure. During our initial consultation, we'll determine which service best fits your needs.
Can a hazardous tree be preserved?
In many cases, yes. Risk can be reduced through pruning, support systems, or other measures. When risk cannot be reduced to an acceptable level, removal may be the most appropriate recommendation.
Can you evaluate a tree from photographs?
Pictures can provide helpful preliminary information, but they can't reveal many structural defects, root issues, site conditions, or other factors that influence an accurate assessment. In the case of Florida's statute on residential tree removal (Section 163.045, Florida Statutes), an on-site inspection by the assessor is required.
