The State of Florida has few statutes governing the management of trees. Most tree ordinances are local, at the county or city level, and are created for the preservation of certain native or desirable species, and species that are necessary for the preservation of other natural resources. On the other hand, some state and local laws are created to prevent invasive species from overtaking and damaging Florida's natural environment and resources.
At ArborManagers we work to help you understand which laws and ordinances may have an affect on your tree management decisions, and how to effectively navigate the state and local systems and their procedures, while maintaining independent objectivity throughout the tree assessment and reporting process. For this reason, we continue with ongoing research, education and training to ensure you get the best services we can provide.
